today i m sick...so rest in home ..until just nw 4sumthin,I decide to hav a jog…

its time for mr beh to slim down..mh,I alr 4get when is the las time I jog in dam …

da’s mean da long time I kep getting fat ….mh,a few year alr! Haha…

Phobia to the word “ fat “…but nw ,I mus ensure myself to slim , den slimmer , finally slim-est ..Yes! haha…

1 round in dam js nw is 14min35second..josh,is dam long…my best record is 10min/round k..

i mus get bac da record 1day…soon !

as i remember , i com church for around 10 year! this morning is my second time i stand on the sanctuary's stage! stil remember the 1st time is when i m still in BB ( boys brigade). that time is singing competition....if i m nt mistaken lah!

in front of ppl....
i noe,i can feel that is HIM,who giv me strength n encouragement to help me once again stand on the stage !
